Summary

Job Description

To be responsible for patrolling the ice to ensure customer safety, assist the ice tech in rink preparation and to cover the skate hire office whilst ensuring that all areas and equipment are cleaned, well presented and maintained as laid out in the company’s brand standards.

Requirements

Demonstrate a high level of skating ability.
Work effectively as a team member.

Responsibilities

To maintain safety of the ice rink users during public and proficient skating sessions and to supervise our Learn to Skate program.
To assist customers with retrieving skates and their own footwear in the skate hire area. Maintaining cleanliness during and between sessions.
Assisting the Ice Technician in preparing and maintaining the ice rink between sessions.
