We are seeking an Accounts Payable Assistant to join a well-known business based in Bedford, as they expand their finance team. This role is perfect for an energetic, driven individual who is confident, proactive, and thrives in a hands-on environment.
Experience identifying foreign VAT is essential for this role.
The role:
- Oversee daily Accounts Payable tasks to ensure accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Utilise accounting software
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements to support informed decision-making.
- Communicate clearly with team members and clients to address financial enquiries.
You will need:
- Experience identifying foreign VAT
- Previous stock experience
- Imports/Exports experience
- Accounts Assistant: 2 years (required)
