Tru Talent is excited to offer an opportunity for a Quality and Compliance Officer / Lead System Administrator to provide essential support in managing quality assurance, compliance monitoring, and IT systems for our client.
Main Duties of a Quality Administrator:
• Assist the Quality & Compliance Manager with scheduling, reporting, and documentation.
• Maintain compliance records, policies, and audit reports.
• Organise internal audits, meetings, and training sessions.
• Support company-wide audit programs and quality initiatives.
• Conduct audits per the company schedule and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and track performance metrics.
• Analyse data, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
• Prepare audit documentation and reports for internal and external reviews.
• Collect, analyse, and report quality and compliance data.
• Develop dashboards and reports to track service performance.
• Monitor trends and support research initiatives.
• Manage compliance and operational systems, ensuring data security.
• Oversee system configurations, updates, and user access.
• Provide training and support for system users.
• Liaise with IT teams and vendors to resolve technical issues.
• Foster communication across departments to enhance service quality.
• Support teams in monitoring and maintaining compliance standards.
• Contribute to quality improvement projects.
• Maintain positive stakeholder relationships and uphold safeguarding principles.
• Follow company policies, GDPR, and data protection standards.
• Ensure a safe, inclusive working environment.
• Participate in mandatory training.
Essential:
• A-level education or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in administration, compliance, or IT system support.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong data analysis, reporting, and organisational skills.
Desirable:
• Audit experience or healthcare compliance knowledge.
• Understanding of CQC regulations.
• Technical proficiency in managing systems.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to prioritise and work independently.
• Effective communication across all levels.
