For more information on Sodexo Careers please visit Sodexo CareersMain Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to drive digital product adoption and usage among target audiences within each business sector.
- Lead the collaboration with marketing, sales operations and customer success teams from operator through to director level to create and execute campaigns, programs, and initiatives to promote product adoption. Foster relationships with key stakeholders at global and regional level.
- Assume full responsibility for consumer adoption performance and provide data-led insights to inform priority, effort and development activity.
- Work directly with engineering and IS&T colleagues to determine the viability of proposed solutions and engineer the right outcomes for consumers, clients, colleagues and KPI achievement.
- Gather and analyse data on user behaviour, feedback, and satisfaction to identify opportunities for improving adoption and user experience. Translate technical user data into actionable insight to drive adoption.
- Work closely with product development teams to prioritize features and enhancements that will drive adoption and address user needs.
- Develop and maintain product documentation, training materials, and resources to support users in adopting and using the product effectively.
- Fully conversant with using data to drive action
- Strong stakeholder management skills allied with the ability to influence priorities right up to director level.
- Understanding of customer journey design and implementation
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing skills and analytical thinking.
- Demonstrate a passion for working with an Agile mindset.
- Remain flexible and resilient to changing business, client, or consumer priorities.
- Desirable to have a digital/tech qualification and/or training.
- Flexibility to work, if needed with different time zones.
