Here at Melrose House, we aim to provide a safe environment wherein optimum levels of independence in service users are promoted while taking into account their individual circumstances, goals, wishes, needs, and potential.

Responsibilities:
Making themselves available to service users when needed.
Liaising with relatives, external agencies, and colleagues in a professional manner.
Helping access community resources where appropriate for the user.
Participation in the creation of care plans for the service user.
Keeping necessary records to standard.
Supporting users with personal care when required.
Safe administration of medicines in accordance with procedures.
Work well within the Melrose Care Team
