40 hours per week Monday – Friday

Key Responsibilities
Raising purchase orders and creating the supporting information
Supporting the management accountant in preparing weekly forecasts
Running reports from both Maple and Vision (internal IM systems)
Assisting the management accountant at month end and year end
Liaising with different departments within the organisation
Assisting with any ad hoc duties that may arise
Key Skills
Use of Microsoft office, particularly excel with the ability to use lookups, pivot tables and other key formulae
Ability to learn quickly and have a can-do attitude
Ability to communicate well
