Crynodeb
Provide expert clinical pharmacy services to improve mental health outcomes and patient experience across Jersey. Lead the strategic development and delivery of pharmacy services, ensuring alignment with island-wide healthcare goals. Support the introduction of new medicines and influence prescribing practices through evidence-based approaches. Develop and implement policies, guidelines, and training to promote medicines optimisation, quality and safety. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide specialist advice and optimise therapeutic outcomes. Analyse medicines usage data to identify cost-effective solutions and implement improvement initiatives. Represent Jersey in professional networks and contribute to national and international discussions on mental health pharmacy.
