Role overview
As a Mobilisation Lead, you will contribute to our vision of “enriching residential communities with expertise and passion, making
our cities incredible places to live” by:
* Delivering a seamless mobilisation of all new Build to Rent and Co Liv schemes across the business,
* Providing a proactive and first class service to the operational leads and teams.
* To develop and deliver the onboarding and transfer of existing schemes as part of the project management framework.
* Develop personally, and through the team, standout client relations and support.

What will you do?
* Have a strategic view and sufficient planning to meet the mobilisation needs of the Build to Rent and Co-Living pipeline on
time, with strong engagement and partnership with the
* Director of Build to Rent and Head of Co -Living
* To manage the mobilisation P&L and deliver against targets and budgets
* Input into design meetings with developers and clients, providing industry knowledge and influencing design execution to ensure
the operational efficiency of the building
* Set up and delivery of all mobilisation/transfer and onboarding project plans and operational activities, managing resources
and budget effectively, ensuring key outcomes are fully met on time
* Provide technical expertise and guidance to the mobilisation and operational teams, ensuring this feeds into the quality of
work delivered and outcomes for the business, client and residents
* Proactively network and build professional partnerships and relationships with 3rd party providers e.g. industry leading
contractors etc
* Analyse marketing strategies, potential opportunities and financials, evaluating options and best next steps
* Ensure fitting leasing strategies are delivered for each site
* Deliver all early onboarding and set up of the mobilisation plan
* Create, maintain and be the main point of contact for key client relationships
* Support on the delivery of bids, tenders and proposals for new business
* Lead all mobilisation team members, delivering recruitment, training, objective setting and one-to-ones
* Focus on continuous improvement and business initiatives that support growth and our ongoing success, allowing us to adapt to
evolving business needs
* Where required, present the mobilisation offering to external clients and represent urbanbubble’s offering and expertise
What are we looking for?
* Relevant experience in mobilisation, client and stakeholder management
* Residential property management, general building management on a large scale.
* Experience of setting and managing largescale complex budgets
* Leadership, people and performance management
* Client relationship management
* Project and change management experience
* Significant experience in delivering the highest standards of customer service.
* Professional industry qualification in property management, lettings or Facilities management such as ARLA. IRPM ARMA-Q or RICS
or equivalent
* Health & Safety qualification (desirable)
