Summary
Finance Manager
We are now on the hunt for Finance Managers to join us and focus on PPHE Hotels and Management companies within the Shared Service reporting team. This role will report into the Head of Finance - Performance Management and Reporting.

Your Finance Manager duties will be:
- Month End reporting cycle, balance sheet reviews, accrual management & review.
- PPHE Critical Process and process improvement
- Reporting and Analysis, Audit liaison
- Project Initiatives/Continuous Improvement
- Financial Control and Working Capital Management
About you:
- Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) (preferred)
- Good knowledge of SAP, INFOR SUN, & Opera is advantageous
- High Excel proficiency
- Knowledge of productivity methodology (e.g. Kaisan) and AI tools (e.g. Blue Prism, Powerautomate) preferred.
- Able to communicate effectively between different levels and departments within PPHE
- Actively takes the lead and provides a positive role model for leadership
