Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Casual Guest Service Assistant to join our team at the Holiday Inn Express - Cambourne - Cambridge West. As a Casual Guest Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable. You will be the first point of contact for guests, and as such, you will need to be friendly, approachable, and able to communicate effectively.
Responsibilities:
Welcome and check-in guests
Answer guest queries and provide information about the hotel and local area
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Assist with housekeeping duties and maintain cleanliness and tidiness of public areas
Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
