Location: Ferndown
Salary: £31,200 - £39,000 (dependent on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Overtime available)

Tru Talent is thrilled to partner with a family-run plumbing and heating company based in Ferndown, Dorset, operating across the BH postcode area.
Our client is looking to expand their team by hiring two experienced Site Plumbers to join their busy, construction-focused team. The ideal candidates will have a broad range of plumbing expertise and be available to start within the next four weeks. Work will primarily be site-based, so candidates must be confident working independently or alongside other engineers and tradespeople, while adhering to site-specific health and safety regulations.
Main Responsibilities of a Site Plumber:
• Install plastic and copper pipework, including joints, valves, drains, and fixtures in a variety of structures.
• Install soil stacks and waste pipes.
• Label and test pipework to ensure quality and compliance.
• Execute work under the direction of site supervisors.
• Follow all current health and safety regulations for site-based work.
• Perform 1st and 2nd fix plumbing for new builds.
• Manage deliveries on-site as required.
About You:
• Minimum 3 years of plumbing experience.
• CSCS qualification (preferred).
• Full UK driving licence (preferred).
• Presentable and professional appearance.
• Confident working on-site with engineers and tradespeople.
• Strong time management and ability to work to high standards.
• Pride in mentoring and guiding young team members on-site.
