Summary

Working to the Redeployment Officer you will: Manage the Redeployment Inbox, coordinating and sending responses. Be a point of contact to hiring/line managers and redeployees to answer queries and respond to requests. Manage and monitor the Redeployment Register. Provide job descriptions for suitable vacancies to redeployees, sending redeployment documents to hiring managers. Keep appropriate records of all redeployment activities undertaken by employees in the redeployment pool. Report on vacancies to identify any that have not gone through Recruitment Submissions and flagging these to the Redeployment Officer. Provide administrative support in the development of key redeployment processes. Provide Management Information to the Redeployment Lead, Redeployment Manager and key stakeholders. You will be assessed on the below 7 essential criteria, which have been selected from the Job Description Essential criteria: Experience of working in a HR/Recruitment/Redeployment setting Excellent relationship management skills, demonstrating the highest standards and leading by example. Excellent interpersonal, negotiating and communication skills, including the ability to support others whilst managing uncertainty and ambiguity. Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to plan and execute activities in specified timescales without compromising the quality of these. Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and Excel. Ability to deliver an exceptional service, whilst driving activities to ensure outcomes are in line with business objectives. Location This role is being offered as hybrid working based at any of our Core HQs. We offer great flexible working opportunities at UKHSA and operate using a hybrid working model where business needs allow. As a hybrid worker, you will be expected to spend a minimum of 60% of your contractual working hours (approximately 3 days a week pro rata, (averaged over a month) working at one of UKHSA's core HQs (Birmingham, Leeds, Liverpool, and London) Our core HQ offices are modern and newly refurbished with excellent city centre transport link and benefit from benefit from co-location with other government departments such as the Department for Health and Social Care (DHSC).
