Summary
I am working with a national civil engineering/plant hire company who are looking for a technical sales representative to cover the Devon region, based from their depot in Tiverton.
The role will involve but will not be limited to:
Managing existing customers and business
Actively promoting companies products and services to new and existing customers
Generating new business and customer accounts
Equal focus on both account management & project management
Manage appointments, schedules and time by using effective planning of calls, travel time and meetings
Maintain flexibility to ensure reactive outcomes to customers needs
Be a product/company ambassador at events, exhibitions and presentations
We are looking for candidates that can evidence a minimum of three years experience within the construction, plant hire or civil engineering sector, within a sales/business development position. Someone who has a strong technically based mind and good commercial awareness.
In return my client is offering a starting salary up to £38,000 depending upon industry experience, with a realistic OTE of £60,000+ per annum via a significant sales commission structure and company wide annual performance bonuses.
You will also be provided with a company vehicle, mobile phone, laptop and any other tools required to complete the role.
You will also have the option to purchase additional annual leave days, recognition & rewards for long-services, pension scheme, life insurance, various high street discounts and a reward for referral scheme.
