Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement Workday integrations using Workday Studio and Workday Integration Cloud (WIC) for both cloud-based and on-premises solutions.
Build and manage integrations using EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), Workday Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services.
Utilize Workday Prism Analytics for creating and maintaining dashboards and reports, enabling advanced analytics for business insights.
Develop and execute automated testing using Appium and Tricentis Tosca for validating Workday integrations and reports.
Create, modify, and enhance Workday Reporting solutions, including custom reports and calculated fields, to meet business requirements.
Leverage XSLT and XML for data transformation, mapping, and integration tasks.
Integrate Workday HCM modules with third-party systems to ensure streamlined data synchronization.
Utilize the Workday Business Process Framework to automate workflows and improve operational efficiency.
Execute and support testing efforts using XTT (Cross-application Testing Tool) for Workday integration and reporting validation.
Certify and maintain integrations in line with PICOF (Partner Integration Certification and Operations Framework) for Workday integrations.
Collaborate with business analysts, functional teams, and technical teams to design and implement solutions that meet business requirements.
Perform troubleshooting, issue resolution, and ongoing support for all Workday integrations and reporting solutions.
Ensure compliance with data security and privacy standards while integrating and managing Workday data.
Maintain best practices, documentation, and design patterns for integration projects.
Monitor and optimize the performance of integration solutions and reporting tools.
Required skills and experience:
Proven experience in Workday Integration Cloud and Workday Studio for developing complex integrations.
Expertise in Workday Core Connectors and EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) for building integrations with Workday HCM and other third-party systems.
Proficient in XML, XSLT, and SQL for data transformation and reporting.
Solid experience with Workday HCM modules and understanding of the Workday architecture and system functionality.
Strong knowledge of Workday Reporting, including creating custom reports, calculated fields, and BIRT-based reports.
Experience in implementing Workday Business Process Framework to automate workflows and improve business operations.
Proficiency in Workday Prism Analytics for building dashboards and advanced reporting solutions.
Strong experience with Appium and Tricentis Tosca for automated testing of integrations and reporting.
