Summary
Welcoming patients, families and visitors to the unit. Answering the telephone and dealing with day to day enquiries Preparing paperwork for patients undergoing surgery Reception based work Ordering supplies Appointment making Assisting Health Care Assistants when the ward is busy with non clinical duties. Maintaining confidentiality at all times The successful applicants will work as part of a team and be responsible for the provision of a high quality administrative service to the ward. The role is for one post at 30 hours per week over 3 days, however, flexibility maybe required when the other Ward Clerk is on leave.
