Summary
This is a permanent position within the OMiC group. HMP Doncaster is a private establishment and you would sign a 2 year deployment agreement with the option to agree an exceptional 3rd year. After the deployment you will be redeployed under consultation within the OMiC group.
A Probation Officer role is to provide professional advice, assessments, and written reports to courts, the Parole Board, other criminal justice agencies and partner organisations. The role is very rewarding but can be challenging – as you often work with people with complex needs, and no two people are the same.
