Summary
Acquisitions and Development Associate As part of our international hospitality and real estate company, PPHE, we're hiring an Acquisitions and Development Associate to join our established team based in our London Waterloo headquarters. In this role you will support the Acquisitions & Development Team to effectively coordinate and deliver the hotel real estate strategy of PPHE Hotel Group, reporting into the Director of Acquisitions and Asset Management. Your main duties as Acquisitions and Development Associate:
- Spotting New Opportunities: Identify and conduct initial reviews of exciting new development projects, targeting both new and existing hotels and/or conversions from other real estate uses to hotels
- Strategic Project Assessment: Assist in underwriting and feasibility studies for new projects
- Sourcing Partnerships: Play a role in sourcing joint ventures, management contracts, and lease opportunities, strengthening PPHE's position in the market.
- Data Management: Assist with organizing and managing key project information and correspondence, providing essential support with administrative tasks including STR benchmarking
- Organizing Key Interactions: Coordinate and schedule meetings, calls, and events for the Acquisitions & Development team, facilitating seamless communication across projects.
- Industry Insight: Stay ahead of market trends by reviewing relevant industry news
