We are currently recruiting for an experienced Fleet Business Development Manager for our client’s site in the New Southgate area.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Business Manager to work for a superb brand that will really support career progression. For this role we require a Sales Controller / Business Manager with at least 2 years’ experience.
Job purpose: Promote and sell Vehicles to Local Businesses within the area of influence.
Reporting to the Fleet Sales Manager, the Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing incremental local business sales to improve Vehicles penetration in to the True Fleet Market, and establish lasting local relationships that deliver increased aftersales opportunities, customer retention and loyalty for both the Retailer and the Brand.

Fleet Business Development Manager Role:
The position will entail aiding the customers in finding the right finance package to suit their needs. Working closely with the Sales Executives and Sales Manager you will need to show a strong F&I knowledge to aid the department.
- Selling finance, insurance products and additional products
- Working within a the FCA regulations and company guidelines
- Matching customers’ needs to the relevant finance sources.
Fleet Business Development Manager Requirements:
- Ideally you will be an experienced Business Manager or Sales Manager/Controller.
- Must have experience with stacking finance deals
- Looking for a professional and confident character who can fit straight into the team
