Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Highway Engineer to join our team on a temporary basis. The role involves supervising highway construction works in and around Bristol City. The successful candidate will ensure all construction activities meet the required standards, specifications, and safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and oversee highway construction works, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
- Apply DMRB/MCHW Specification for Highway Works in construction and inspection processes.
- Act as an NEC4 Site Supervisor or carry out similar duties in line with NEC4 contract requirements.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience supervising highway construction works in the UK.
- Strong knowledge of DMRB/MCHW Specification for Highway Works.
- Preferably NEC4 accredited Site Supervisor, or extensive knowledge and experience in the NEC4 Site Supervisor role.
- Ability to work on construction sites in all weather conditions around Bristol City.
