The Electrical Installation Curriculum Team Leader will need to have:

  • A recognised teaching & IQA qualification would be desirable, having either one qualification acceptable
  • A strong understanding of the construction industry, including current trends, legislation, and best practice
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students from a range of backgrounds
  • Electrical Installation professional needed to work closely with the Electrical curriculum manager to help plan, monitor, manage and evaluate the curriculum
  • The CTL job carries a teaching commitment - hours per week TBC
