Due to the on-going expansion of the business, an opportunity has become available for an experienced Customer Service Advisor/Administrator/Scheduler to join the dynamic Service Team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic, organised and hard-working individual who is seeking professional development. They are looking for an enthusiastic, forward-thinking person who is interested in progressing with the business over the long-term.
You will be working closely with the Service Manager, Engineers and the rest of the Service Team to maintain the highest level of service & support to their clients.
Key tasks will include:
• Day to day management of assigned engineer's diaries and workload
• Contacting clients to schedule in engineer appointments
• Daily processing of client requests for engineer appointments
• Management & ownership of routine maintenance visits to ensure they are completed within the required time frames
• Management and ownership of corrective and small installation jobs for assigned regions including booking in with clients, ordering required equipment and arranging overnight accommodation for engineer as required
• Answering the telephone & providing telephone administrative support to engineers and clients
• Acting as liaison between clients and the company via telephone & email
• Ordering equipment for specific jobs and ensuring delivery to correct address
• Providing administrative support to the Service Manager & other members of the Service Team

The right person for this role will have:
• A positive can-do attitude & excellent interpersonal skills
• Extensive administrative experience in a busy office environment
• Experience managing engineers would be an advantage but not essential
• Strong, proven organisational skills
• The ability to prioritise & self-manage daily workload
• A confident, professional telephone manner
• A high-level attention to detail
• Experience in data entry and/or use of client management software
• Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• IT literate
