Summary
This post is a career-grade development opportunity, designed to support your progression from Band 5 to Band 6. Appointment to the substantive Band 6 post will depend on: Successfully demonstrating that all key assessment criteria and role requirements are fully met. Completion of the development pathway from Band 5 to Band 6. If these requirements are not met during the 18-month contract, the post will end at Band 5. Apprenticeship Eligibility During the fixed-term contract, the successful applicant will be fully supported in their professional development, including potential enrolment into an apprenticeship. Apprenticeships are subject to specific visa and residency requirements. They are typically suitable for individuals with the right to live and work in the UK, such as: UK nationals. EU/EEA citizens with settled or pre-settled status under the EU Settlement Scheme. Individuals with indefinite leave to remain in the UK. Please note, overseas students on a student visa are generally ineligible for apprenticeships due to working hour constraints (e.g., 20 hours per week during term time). Ensure you understand your visa obligations before applying. If you have commenced an apprenticeship and wish to transfer employers, this may also be considered..
