Summary
**Job Title:** CNC Miller Setter
**Location:** Dudley
**Shift:** Monday to Thursday 8:00 AM 4:15 PM, Friday 8:00 AM 3:30 PM
**Pay Rate:** £15.00 to £16.50 per hour
**Hours:** 38 hours per week
**Duties:**
* Setting and operating CNC milling machines (Pumas, Doosan, Daewoo, Mynx, Kitamura).
* Working both independently and as part of a team to ensure efficient production.
* Ensuring high-quality production standards and meeting deadlines.
* Troubleshooting machine issues and performing minor repairs.
* Programming CNC machines (desired, but training can be provided for the right candidate).

**Requirements:**
* Previous experience with CNC milling machines (Pumas, Doosan, Daewoo, Mynx, Kitamura).
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
* Competence in both milling and setting; programming skills are a plus.
* Strong attention to detail and focus on quality.
* Ability to adapt quickly and "hit the ground running" in a fast-paced environment.
