About the Role
Do you want a job where no two days are the same? Do you enjoy working in a fast pace environment? We are seeking to recruit a Permanent Team Leader to join our busy Triage Team in Targeted Family Help. We are looking for someone with significant experience of working with children and their families and sound knowledge of services available to them. This is a full time post.
About You
To apply for this post, you must have:
- Experience of assessing information and application of thresholds/criteria to ensure an appropriate response is made to requests for support.
- Experience of working with families with a range of difficulties and levels of need
- Experience of supporting staff and teams to maintain, develop and improve outcomes for children, young people and families including provision of management oversight
- A thorough working knowledge and understanding of early help services and early help interventions.
- Knowledge of the triggers and barriers faced by children and young people and methods of identifying and engaging early, those vulnerable to poor outcomes.
- Demonstrate the ability to build powerful relationships across stakeholders, peers and partners creating open and transparent relationships based on trust
- Demonstrate the ability to lead and deliver sustainable collective high performance through leadership of people, setting clear boundaries and a strong approach to performance management
An enhanced DBS check is required for this post.
