Job Purpose:
To provide caretaking and maintenance duties to ensure the effective, efficient and safe operation of the Culture Fusion premises. Working alongside the Front of House Team to deliver excellent customer service to tenants and customers.
Duties and Responsibilities
• To provide a Key Holder service including opening and locking up of the building as necessary ensuring that opening and locking up procedures are followed to maintain site security
• To set up rooms and facilities for room bookings
• To plan and carry out reactive and preventative maintenance work, e.g. painting and
decorating, replacing lights, taps, washers etc. as required
• To carry our regular building checks to ensure the building is safely operated, e.g. fire checks
• To provide excellent customer service to building users, tenants and partners
About you
Do you enjoy working in a practical role and have experience working in a community or education setting? Do you have caretaking or maintenance experience? Are you looking for a part time role, approx. 3 days per week, if so we would like to hear from you!
