Right2Work are seeking a new Team manager to lead an exciting expansion to one of its newest ventures.

This role is to lead the Adult Day Opportunity programme, Future Choices. The role will vary from day to day, and it will be based in and around Consett, Co. Durham.

The future choices programme is essential in helping individuals with their personal development including developing skills to support travelling independently, building confidence while working on community projects and supporting them with everyday life and learning skills.

You will lead a team of job coaches supporting groups of adults with learning difficulties and disabilities in a classroom setting and out in the community as well. You must be passionate, committed, creative and have strong values about creating opportunities for disabled and disadvantaged people.
