Collaborate with business and technology teams to guide organisations through their Microsoft 365 migration journey and unlock the full potential of their investment in this powerful platform. Serve as a trusted adviser to managers and teams, helping them adopt new ways of working by recommending and implementing solutions tailored to their needs. Be a key contributor in transformation programs, working alongside CHFT and THIS customer leads, architects, and stakeholders to design and deliver impactful technology solutions. Partner with IT leadership, technical colleagues, and the Programme Management Office to ensure that Microsoft 365 solutions align with strategic business objectives and drive user adoption. What youll do: Act as a technical escalation point, displaying leadership and expertise in resolving complex incidents, requests, and problems. Provide hands-on Microsoft 365 administration and empower end-users through training, knowledge transfer, and ongoing support.
