Summary
Looking for someone with experience managing the welfare of teenagers. You will have an understanding of and experience in implementing behavioural strategies, empathy and team leader qualities.

· Competitive pay at £660 per week
· Be free from 4th July – 11th August (must be available for at least first 2 weeks)
· Accommodation and 3 meals a day provided
· Oversee and manage a group of staff
· Manage the welfare of our oldest campers (age 14-17)
· Manage and action incidents & accidents, ensuring a high quality of pastoral care
· Take direction from the Pastoral Manager
· Deliver some exciting activities alongside the activity leaders
