Summary
We are looking for a mobile caretaker to join our Coulsdon team to carry out cleaning and caretaking duites on our sites.
Full uk driving licence needed, 36 hours a week from 8-3.45pm.
Tasks are sweeping mopping external areas, removing dust and cobwebs, cleaning main entrance doors and sweeping kerbs and hard surfaces with removing weeds and litter picking external areas.
Some experience in cleaning and manual handling is needed, drivers licence is essential.
The candidate will be requested to move bulk items to a collection points on sites so manual handling training is beneficial for the role.
