Summary
Your new company
An established, global, growing organisation is looking for a junior Assistant Accountant to join their team.
Your new role
To assist the FC with keeping the accounts of the group's companies up to date and accurate.
Main responsibilities
- Handle all entries (AP/AR/Bank) for international entities.
- Reconcile intercompany transactions.
- Assist with month-end adjustments.
- Load authorised payments onto the company bank.
- Query large or old invoices.
- Process and reconcile credit card transactions.
- Assist with service sales invoicing and upload invoices to customer portals.
Key Skills:
- Experience in Accounts Administration (or relevant administration experience).
- Knowledge of Sage Line 50 is a plus.
- Relevant studies (AAT).
- The ability to work independently and in a team.
- Excellent numeracy and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Initiative and proactive approach.
