Key Responsibilities:
• Provide a friendly, welcoming, and professional front-of-house service.
• Assist all visitors, field phone calls, maintain care records, and support the Home Manager, Deputy Home Manager, and Senior Care Team.
Requirements:
• Proficiency in MS Office and IT skills.
• Enhanced DBS disclosure.
