What to expect in this role
As a Senior Healthcare Assistant at Bartlett's Residential Home, you will be involved in supporting the daily activities of our residents; promoting their dignity, independence and wellbeing, becoming an integral part of their lives, and encouraging each resident to reach their full potential. To promote good working practices and to perform Senior care duties competently.
Minimum Qualification Required: NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care.
Make a Difference: Enhance the lives of those you support on a daily basis.
Build Connections: Form meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
Grow Personally: Develop valuable skills like empathy and problem solving.
Team Environment: Work alongside passionate individuals who share your commitment to care.

This position will be based in Bartlett's Residential Home. 40 hours per week. Flexible day shifts with occasional weekends included.
