What to expect in this role
As a Senior Healthcare Assistant at Bartlett's Residential Home, you will be involved in supporting the daily activities of our residents; promoting their dignity, independence and wellbeing, becoming an integral part of their lives, and encouraging each resident to reach their full potential. To promote good working practices and to perform Senior care duties competently.

Minimum Qualification Required: NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care.

This position will be based in Bartlett's Residential Home. 40 hours per week. Flexible day shifts with occasional weekends included.
