What you'll be doing;

  • Monitor and uphold Ancillary Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Oversee and ensure compliance of clinical waste service
  • Manage container stock levels and maintain equipment
  • Supervise, coach, and support staff in safe working practices
  • Assist with staff management, including booking, training, and client liaison
  • Conduct regular field inspections to ensure health and safety procedures are followed
  • Manage and report on fleet cleanliness, accidents, and damage
  • Identify training needs and career development opportunities for staff
  • Utilize operational software systems for service, vehicle compliance, and safety reporting
  • Engage proactively with staff, promote communication channels, and understand on-site stock value



What we're looking for;

  • Good time keeping
  • Works well in a team
  • The ability to proactively manage a team
  • Full UK driving license cat B, cat C desirable
  • Knowledge of clinical waste services
