What you'll be doing;
- Monitor and uphold Ancillary Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Oversee and ensure compliance of clinical waste service
- Manage container stock levels and maintain equipment
- Supervise, coach, and support staff in safe working practices
- Assist with staff management, including booking, training, and client liaison
- Conduct regular field inspections to ensure health and safety procedures are followed
- Manage and report on fleet cleanliness, accidents, and damage
- Identify training needs and career development opportunities for staff
- Utilize operational software systems for service, vehicle compliance, and safety reporting
- Engage proactively with staff, promote communication channels, and understand on-site stock value
What we're looking for;
- Good time keeping
- Works well in a team
- The ability to proactively manage a team
- Full UK driving license cat B, cat C desirable
- Knowledge of clinical waste services
