Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in software development and be proficient in customising and implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions. This role requires a keen understanding of business processes and the ability to translate them into technical specifications, ensuring that our CRM system meets the needs of our users.
Role and Responsibilities
Work with stakeholders to manage the Dynamics 365 and Office 365 offering.
Develop and customize solutions within the Dynamics 365 platform, including configuration, customisations, extensions, and integrations.
Implement custom workflows, plugins, web resources, and other components to enhance Dynamics 365 functionality and meet business needs.
Perform unit testing, code reviews, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to coding standards.
Support deployment activities, data migration, and system integration efforts as part of Dynamics 365 projects.
Promote, develop and improve the Dynamics 365 and Office 365 usage in the company.
Microsoft Dynamics Sales & Field Service application management
Microsoft Dynamics Business Central management
Knowledge & Experience
Hands-on experience as a Dynamics 365 Developer or similar role, with proficiency in customizing and extending Dynamics 365 CE/CRM. development.
Strong knowledge of C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, Liquid and other relevant programming languages for Dynamics 365 development.
Customization and configuration of Dynamics 365 solutions.
Integration with external systems using APIs, web services, and middleware.
Development of custom workflows, plugins, web resources, and reports in Dynamics 365. Experience in Power Platform development (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Power Pages).
Worked using agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
Experience in version control systems (e.g. Git) and CI/CD pipelines for software delivery.
Interest in emerging IT trends and technologies.
Can work effectively in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
Have a proactive attitude to self-improvement and working as a team
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail in debugging and resolving technical issues.
