Summary
AM2 Electricians required to start immediately on a social housing scheme to work in Leicester.
The Client
Our client is a large main contractor who operates nationwide and works alongside councils, housing associations and insurance companies.
The Role
Main duties are periodic testing and remedial works in a mixture of tenanted and void properties. The working hours are 40 per week, the hourly rate is £25 per hour CIS/Umbrella.
This contract is set to run for 12 months.
There is street parking on site.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 2/3 in Electrical Installations or similar qualification
- AM2 Qualified
- 18th Edition - Desirable
- 2391/94/95 Testing Qualification - Desirable
- JIB/CSCS Card
- Social Housing Experience
- Own Tools
- Own Transport
- Must be able to provide 2 x check able references if you haven't worked with Fawkes & Reece before
