Summary

Our established and growing client is a leading infrastructure development company specialising in delivering innovative and sustainable solutions in the construction industry. They focus on major infrastructure projects spanning transportation, utilities, energy, and telecommunications.

The company has secured several valuable contracts and as a result are expanding rapidly and are seeking two dedicated and experienced Quantity Surveyors to join their team in Greenwich. You’ll play a key role in driving commercial delivery across the Rail, Utilities & Power Infrastructure sectors, including Rail, Civils, Renewables, DNO, HV Power, and ICP markets.

This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role with the opportunity to take full autonomy and responsibility for projects, driving profit margins and increasing turnover. Hybrid/remote working with travel to sites and offices across the UK.

What We’re Looking For

- A motivated Quantity Surveyor, keen to progress to Senior QS.
- Expertise in NEC contracts and managing multiple high-value construction projects.
- Experience in rail, utilities, civils, renewables, grid connections, or EV charging projects.
- Proficiency in managing sub-contractors, client negotiations, and optimising margins while mitigating commercial risks.

What You’ll Need

- Degree-level qualification (or higher) in Quantity Surveying or a relevant field.
- Membership (or working towards membership) of RICS or CIOB.
- Strong technical skills, including contract law knowledge, drawing interpretation, and advanced Excel capabilities.
