Summary
What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for someone who:
• Has high expectations of themselves and the children in their care
• Has experience of working with children with SEND. Examples may include: Precision Teaching, speech and language, Attention Autism, Team Teach, phonics.
• Is well organised and able to work well both as part of a team and independently
• Has excellent communication skills and is able to forge close professional relationships with children, staff and parents
• Is an effective and reflective practitioner with a desire to learn and develop
• Is enthusiastic, with a positive, 'can-do' attitude
• Has good literacy and numeracy skills
• Has a minimum of NVQ2 for Teaching Assistants or equivalent qualifications or experience
