Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee the hotel operations during the night, ensuring a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.
-Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly and efficiently.
-Manage the night team, ensuring effective communication and coordination across departments.
-Conduct regular checks throughout the property to maintain safety and security standards.
-Assist with front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs.
-Handle any emergencies or issues that may arise during the night shift with professionalism and composure.
Requirements:
-Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred.
-Must hold a valid driving license and be able to drive.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
