*** FANTASTIC LONG TERM OPPORTUNITY!** Our client, a leading manufacturer of luxury automotive flooring products based in the Coleshill area of Birmingham, are looking for an immediate and long term Production Team Leader to join their established and growing workforce on fixed Nights, with positions leading to permanent after a successful trial period and offering great career progression potential.

General duties to manage and control the allocated manufacturing Production processes and personnel, monitoring and reporting activities directly to the shift manager, drive forward your designated areas and assist in any associated activities to effectively meet all key measurable, objectives and targets.
