We need your enthusiasm.
An adaptable, motivated, innovative, and resourceful Administrator is required to enable the efficient and the smooth running of the administrative functions within the PLANNED CARE ADMIN Team , EAST BARNET HEALTH CENTRE.
The post holder is to work on their own initiative and enjoy working in a busy but enthusing environment.
Thepostholderwillberesponsiblefor:
· Operational
· Communication
· Personal and Professional Development
To build and maintain relationships with team members, focussing on communicating well in order to
support productive team working
To process new referrals in accordance with local Standard Operating Protocols (SOPs)
To book clinics and appointments and to manage any cancellations or amendments in a timely manner
To maintain health records as required and according to local SOPs
To utilise relevant electronic patient record systems to enter and retrieve patient data, ensuring all
details are accurately recorded in a timely manner
To provide accurate confirmation of appointments to service users, families and carers
To maintain the integrity of patient data on electronic patient records, including the creation and
update of records
To work closely with relevant departments to ensure that clinical records are prepared and available and that necessary clinical information has been obtained in time for clinics, where appropriate
To type clinic letters (including audio typing if appropriate), reports, correspondence and other documents within agreed time scales and to agreed standards (N.B: For Complex Children’s CSU only)
To undertake photocopying, electronic faxing, scanning of confidential and non-confidential
