Your Role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Admin Support Officer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our Ticketing function. This role requires excellent written and communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

You should have proven administrative experience, be proficient in Microsoft Office, ability to maintain successful relationships, and have strong attention to detail.

Who are we?

Your role will sit within the Ticketing team and report into the Business Support Manager. We are a diverse, multi-disciplined team driving forward a very exciting delivery plan. You will work with a range of colleagues at all levels across TfGM.

We’re looking for someone with experience in a busy and diverse office environment, the ability to undertake varied administrative duties, with a specific focus on finance and resourcing support. You will have a keen eye for detail, great verbal and written communication skills and experience of working with confidential material in an impartial and professional manner. You’ll also have experience in planning and organising events for both internal and external clients.

This is a fixed-term position for 18 months, with a salary of £28,069 - £29,881 per annum depending on skills and experience.

You will be working closely with a range of specialists from different areas and organisations, with the varied workload helping you to further develop your skills, experience and knowledge.
