We are seeking a detail-oriented Regulatory Reporting Finance Analyst to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and analyzing regulatory reports, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and supporting the overall financial reporting process.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and submit accurate and timely regulatory reports to relevant authorities.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, including IFRS and GAAP.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary data for regulatory reporting.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements and changes.
Assist in the development and implementation of financial controls and procedures.
Participate in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Provide support for internal and external audits, including preparing necessary documentation.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy in financial reporting systems.
Develop and maintain documentation for regulatory reporting processes and procedures.
Assist in special projects and initiatives as required by management.
Required Skills:
Bachelor’s or Graduate’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Proven experience as a Regulatory Reporting Analyst, Financial Analyst, or similar role.
Strong knowledge of financial regulations, reporting standards, and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in financial analysis and data interpretation.
Experience with financial reporting software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
Knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and other relevant financial standards.
Experience with data management and integrity practices.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
