Our client, a renowned travel expert known for offering affordable global flights and holidays, is on the hunt for an exceptional Luxury Travel Consultant to join their vibrant team in Blackburn.

Are you the right person for the job?
• At least 3 years’ experience in an ABTA Travel Agency or tour operator (5+ years preferred).
• High level of competency in travel systems software.
• Strong geographical knowledge, with a passion for global travel destinations.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to interact effectively with clients and third-party suppliers.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to use initiative to resolve customer issues.
What will your role look like?
• Provide award-winning customer service via phone and email correspondence.
• Inspire and guide clients to plan and book their dream luxury holidays.
• Use your geographical knowledge and expertise in travel systems to offer bespoke itineraries.
• Effectively communicate and liaise with third-party suppliers to ensure all service requirements are met.
• Build and maintain rapport with a diverse range of clients, ensuring their needs are met with precision and care.
• Handle and resolve issues efficiently, using initiative and strong problem-solving skills.
