What you’ll be doing:

* Accomplish maximum profitability from all aspects of the sales department
* Proactively use the company database for customer follow-ups, to maximise sales and maintain repeat business
* Carry out comprehensive and accurate appraisals of part exchange vehicles
* Have the drive and determination to exceed all set targets and sales objectives
* Adhere to company and franchise standards, policies and procedures always



What we need from you:

* Minimum 2 years previous experience within car sales, achieving sales targets and KPI’s

* Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen. Confidence to advise, influence or persuade in all circumstances

* Ability to identifying new business opportunities
* Self-motivated and driven to succeed in business and your own personal growth and development

* Full and valid driving licence
