Position: Sales Consultant

What You’ll Do:
Engage with potential customers: Educate them on the benefits of heat pump systems, energy efficiency, and cost savings.
Build relationships: Work closely with homeowners, businesses, and contractors to identify their needs and recommend tailored solutions.
Drive sales growth: Meet and exceed sales targets through effective lead generation, consultation, and follow-ups.
Stay informed: Keep up with the latest in renewable energy technologies and industry trends.
Collaborate: Work with our technical and support teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Previous experience in sales, preferably in renewable energy, heating systems, or home improvement sectors.
Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written skills to connect with diverse audiences.
Motivation: A self-starter with a proven ability to meet targets and deadlines.
Customer focus: Passionate about delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships.
Tech-savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools.
Knowledge: An understanding of heat pump systems and renewable energy is a plus but not essential—we provide training!
