The Opportunity:

This post is full-time (35 hours per week); however, we are open to considering part-time or flexible working patterns. We are also open to considering requests for hybrid working (on a non-contractual basis) that combines a mix of remote and regular on-campus working, with the successful candidate being expected to work at least 50% of their hours from the office.

The post holder will provide comprehensive academic input to the online MSc in Clinical Education, with an emphasis on course leadership and development, supervising dissertations, leading tutorials, marking assignments and dissertations, and supporting postgraduate students, with some elements of management and administration of teaching.

The post will also involve contributing to the development and delivery of related local and online training in clinical education and the ongoing programme of pedagogical research.

The post holder will be an enthusiastic, proactive and dynamic individual with a postgraduate degree and teaching experience in a relevant health-related subject, the experience of co-ordinating a teaching programme and experience in online learning and teaching. The post requires an ability to embrace new technologies and a willingness to develop and grow in a rapidly evolving environment, including acquiring new skills quickly and working productively, both independently and as part of a team.
