Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Event Manager Intern to join our team at Infly Management. In this role, you will assist in planning and executing creative and impactful events for our clients and collaborators. From influencer activations to brand launch parties, you will gain hands-on experience in event coordination and logistics.
Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and organizing events, including logistics, scheduling, and vendor coordination.
Collaborate with the team to develop creative event concepts and ideas.
Help manage budgets, timelines, and event materials.
Support on-site event execution and troubleshooting.
Conduct post-event evaluations and provide performance reports.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Creative mindset with an interest in event planning.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools.
Previous experience in event coordination is a plus but not required.
