Summary
Community care for elderly people living within their own homes.
Trained and experienced care staff visit and deliver care support from property to property for elderly people who still live in their own homes.
Support includes:
Medication administration, food preparations, personal care, continence support, washing/dressing and getting dressed or undressed for the day/night.
Care teams work on either single handed visits or double up calls working with a colleague. Shifts are from 6am-2pm or 3pm-10:30pm.
