o Monday–Wednesday: 9:30 am to 7:00 pm
o Thursday: 9:30 am to 6:00 pm
o Friday: 9:30 am to 4:30 pm

• Sell life insurance, income protection, and critical illness cover to secure families' financial futures.
• Handle pre-qualified leads via a hotkey transfer system.
• Perform inbound/outbound calls to clients.
