Position Details:
Location: Radlett
Shift Times: Flexible shifts available, early starts will be from 4am
Salary: Competitive pay based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
Preparing and baking a variety of bread, pastries, and cakes to a high standard.
Ensuring all products meet the company’s quality and presentation standards.
Following health, safety, and hygiene guidelines at all times.
Assisting with stock management and maintaining a clean workspace.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in a bakery or similar environment.
Strong knowledge of baking techniques and recipes.
Ability to work efficiently under time constraints.
A team player with excellent attention to detail.
